John Lubenow, Associate
John Lubenow is an Associate with Pursant, supporting the firm’s M&A and strategic advisory services.
In this role, John manages client relationships, assists with all aspects of both buy-side and sell-side M&A engagements and participates in new business development activities. John’s responsibilities include (but are not limited to) conducting industry and market research, sourcing acquisition opportunities and initiating outreach to potential sellers for buy-side engagements, building buyer lists and initiating outreach to potential buyers for sell-side clients, constructing financial models, performing financial analysis, and creating information memorandums to facilitate M&A processes. John also helps prepare Pursant marketing materials as well as supports and participates in new client pursuits.
Prior to joining Pursant, John was an Associate with Grant Thornton in their Strategy & Transactions group. John holds a B.S.B. in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
In his free time, John enjoys playing and following sports, working out and snowboarding. He also enjoys listening to music and cooking Italian-style dishes.
