Andrew Dimaio

Associate

Andrew is an Associate with Pursant, managing M&A engagements on both the buy-side and sell-side. His responsibilities include working with other Pursant team members to develop and execute transaction strategy and managing client relationships. Andrew also provides specialized consulting related to matters such as scalability, post-closing integrations and growing enterprise value in the technology sector.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Finance from the University of South Florida. Prior to joining Pursant, Andrew was the Managing Director of M&A Strategy for a boutique M&A firm with a global presence, specializing in middle-market transactions. Andrew has M&A experience in a variety of sectors. When Andrew isn’t working on deals, he enjoys spending time with his dog, going to the theater, playing golf, and traveling.
