Taylor Henning

Vice President

Taylor is a Vice President with Pursant, focused on executing financial consulting assignments ranging from fractional and interim CFO positions, to post acquisition integration, to ad-hoc projects focused on driving client profitability. Additionally, Taylor will support the firm’s buy and sell-side M&A engagements.

Prior to joining Pursant, Taylor began her career at RSM US LLP, leading audits for middle market clients across the consumer products and manufacturing sectors. More recently, Taylor held Vice President and Director positions at a private equity-backed seafood processor and a venture capital firm focused on investments in the alcoholic beverage sector. In those roles, Taylor supported M&A and capital raise efforts, managed the finance and accounting operations across multiple portfolio companies, and was responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and investor relations reporting.

Taylor is a licensed CPA. She earned a Bachelor of Business from Western Illinois University, graduating summa cum laude, where she also played Division I soccer. She enjoys CrossFit, golf, and traveling with her Partner, Matt, and their son, Brooks.
